    A: Visit website www.globalvendormart.com. You have the option to search the supplier by product category or by specific region. Go to the home page scroll down to menu option and choose a supplier by category or by region. You can also search supplier by the search option on the left-hand side of the homepage.

  • Q: HOW CAN I CONTACT A SUPPLIER?

    A: When u search for a supplier at  www.globalvendormart.com browsing through category or region, a list of suppliers related to your search shall be displayed with their address, email id and contact number. You may get in touch with the supplier directly through their contact number or email id, whichever is convenient for you.

  • Q: HOW CAN I GET QUICK RESPONSE FROM THE SUPPLIER?

    A: Global Vendor Mart gives you an option to contact the supplier directly for real time and prompt response. To submit your buy requirement CLICK HERE enter your complete details and the relevant suppliers shall contact you at the earliest. 

  • Q: CAN GLOBAL VENDOR MART ASSIST ME IF I AM UNABLE TO SEARCH THE SUPPLIER AS PER MY NEED?

  • Q: WHAT IS TO BE DONE IF THE SUPPLIER IS NOT RESPONDING TO THE QUERY ??

    A: Global Vendor Mart is a hub of suppliers, in case you are not able to receive a response from one buyer, you always have the opportunity to contact another supplier for the same product. Sometimes the buyer may not respond due to the following reasons - 1. The product required might be out of stock. 2. The supplier may not be able to receive your mail, or the mail has been delivered in the spam folder. 3. The supplier might have stopped his business of that particular product.

  • Q: WHAT IF I SUPPLIER FAILS TO DELIVER THE ORDER AS PER MY REQUIREMENT?

    A: The supplier registered with Global Vendor Mart have been verified before the listing through various layers of verification. This can be a rare case where the supplier fails to deliver the product. Anyhow in such situation, we do take the necessary step but we suggest you speak to the vendor directly before placing the order.   • Q: DOES GLOBAL VENDOR MART TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY FRAUDULENT ACTIVITIY?

    A: Though the registered suppliers with Global Vendor Mart are verified for geniunity but we do not take any personal guarantee of any fraudulent activity, as we only creating a link between the buyer and the supplier. We suggest you speak to the vendor and take a mail confirmation before placing in order. We do enquire the details of such activity and shall guide the buyer in the best possible manner.   • Q: WHAT IS THE PROCEDURE TO REGISTER ON GLOBAL VENDOR MART AS A SUPPLIER?

    A: Visit website www.globalvendormart.com STEP 1- On the top right-hand corner of the homepage click on the List your business tab. STEP 2. Fill in the basic details you shall be prompted with a One Time Password as a verification of your mobile number. Submit the OTP. Fill in the details of your business, upload the products you would want to sell and after a quick verification from us you shall be ready to go live.

  • Q: HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ACCOUNT TO GET ACTIVATED?

    A: Once you provide all the information, your account gets created which can be accessed anytime but in order make you live on our website we do a manual verification which usually takes 24 hours (excluding holidays)

  • Q: WHEN SHALL MY DETAILS BE AVAILABLE IN THE SEARCH RESULT?

    A: Once our backend team manually verifies your details, you are good to go live within 24 hours (excluding holidays) of your registration. In case of any query, our backend team shall get in touch with you on the credentials provided.

  • Q: HOW CAN I FIND BUYERS AT GLOBAL VENDOR MART?

    A: There are two ways in which a supplier receives a query. If a buyer makes a query for a particular product with a specific supplier. The lead is straight away forwarded to the supplier for which the buyer has enquired. In case a buyer makes a general enquiry for a particular product the lead is forwarded to all the suppliers for that product listed with Global Vendor Mart.

  • Q: DO I HAVE TO PAY ANYTHING TO BE PART OF GLOBAL VENDOR MART?

    A: The basic registration is free of cost for all the suppliers at GVM, as we welcome everyone wholeheartedly. To enhance your visibility and avail additional benefits you can choose from our packages.   • Q: WHAT HAPPENS IF I DELETE MY ACCOUNT BY MISTAKE?

    A: Not to panic! Your account can be reactivated - just write to us with complete details on support@globalvendormart.com

  • Q: HOW MANY COMPANIES CAN I ADD IN MY PROFILE?

    A: At the moment we are encouraging only one company to be listed under each profile. We shall keep you posted with further developments.

  • Q: DO I HAVE THE OPTION OF PAYING ONLY IN DOLLAR?

    A: We have kept our payment module using the dollar as it’s a standard unit of currency in the international market. We provide real time conversion rate so that you can get the best deal and not be impacted by the market fluctuation.
